DD's Meatloaf

Meatloaf

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 pkg dry onion soup mix
2 cans tomato sauce
2 eggs
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/3 cup canned milk
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup bread crumbs
1 tbl worcestershire sauce
*Next time I'm going to add in a cup of cooked rice too.

Mix all ingredients together and form in a loaf pan. (I stuff green peppers with this too)

Top with:
1/3 cup ketchup
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup prepared mustard.

Bake uncovered @350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.

This is the ONLY meatloaf I've ever loved. Before this I wouldn't have touched the stuff. Really.
