Pear Butter

Ingredients:
4 c. pureed pears
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp allspice (or nutmeg)
pinch of cloves
Directions:
Combine all ingredients. Cook on medium low heat for 4 hours.
It will make your whole house smell wonderful and it is delicious!
